Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a perfect place to hang out for a while before going sightseeing. The rooms were lovely and full of character, not your typical solution, with a little terrace boasting an AMAZING view. However, it was located next to a noisy bar, which could be a downside. The service was exceptionally helpful, providing timely assistance with any difficulties encountered. The location was excellent, offering good access to buses and the train station, although navigating through the twisty and narrow streets of Perugia might be a hassle. The dining experience was satisfying with a standard continental breakfast but nothing extraordinary.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room felt cozy but lacked a proper view, the service was friendly but the heat was a minor issue, and the location was superb for exploring the town without the noise, while the dining options were good but not exceptional.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to major attractions, but the room was old and uncomfortable. The staff, however, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The dining was average, and the facilities were below expectations.
The hotel is in a very central location, right by the historic city of Perugia. The rooms were old and dated, and some had bathrooms with difficult-to-access stairs. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially when dealing with wifi issues. However, the dining options were not great, offering only a typical Continental Breakfast.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were not as spacious and luxurious as advertised and had a view of the hotel drain, they did offer balconies with different views and some had a spa shower. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with reservations and other needs. The location was convenient, despite needing some refurbishment, and the dining options were decent with a varied buffet. However, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in certain areas.
Staying at this hotel was truly a unique experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a 1700s Fresco on the ceiling, offering a genuine and breathtaking stay. The private terrace and proximity to the lovely reading room added to the charm. However, there were some issues with getting correct information from the staff, so caution is advised when seeking guidance, especially regarding transportation schedules.
